Qualifying Services
Business Customers who purchase services between January 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014 are eligible for a One Time rebate as shown below:

1 yr Term - 10% of 2nd Month Invoice
2 yr Term - 15% of 2nd Month Invoice
3 yr Term - 20% of 2nd Month Invoice

Example: $1000 MRC (3 yr term) = $200 rebate

Rebate Process
1. Order Your Service
2. Install Your Service
3. Pay Your 1st Invoice
4. Mail in This Rebate Form (include order paperwork copy for quicker processing

Allow six to eight weeks after rebate Submission for your check to arrive.

Program Policy
All Dedicated Services / DSL Lines, etc., must be installed and your account must not have any past due balance in order to be eligible for the rebate. You must submit your rebate redemption form within 60 days of service installation. Do not mail it in prior to installation. Because only installed and current accounts are eligible hence the form will be rejected and require re-submission..
