How does ShopTelco.com guarantee the lowest rates?
ShopTelco.com and affiliates process millions of dollars of telecom services each year with over 200 providers nationwide. We are linked directly with over 40 providers to provide their best rates, including promos and maximum discounts allowed.

What orders qualify for the Rebate?
All business products originally solicited and ordered through ShopTelco.com with an MRC (Monthly Recurring Charges) of $300 or more qualify for a rebate during our Promotional Period.

How much is my Rebate?
Your rebate will depend on the term and monthly price of your purchase. One year term receives a 10% rebate on your 2nd month's invoice. Two year term receives a 20% rebate on your 2nd month's invoice. Three year term receives a 30% rebate on your 2nd month's invoice. The maximum payout is $500 per customer.

How do I obtain my Rebate?
To obtain your rebate, please complete the online rebate form 30 days after installation of your services and after payment of your first invoice is made. Your rebate will be processed within 30 to 60 days of receipt.

Who will the Rebate Check be made out to?
We'll make it out to you or your business. Please specify on the Rebate form who will get paid.

When will my Rebate Check arrive?
Service needs to install first. Then the customer contact submits the Rebate Form to ShopTelco.com after paying their first invoice to the provider. Customer must be current before the Rebate Check is authorized for release. Allow up to 60 days for your check to arrive upon submission of the Rebate Form.

What if I have questions before I can place an order?
Use the Virtual Consultant button to ask any questions you may have. If you wish to speak to a live consultant, call ShopTelco.com's Sales Department and a member of our sales team will assist you.

What if I have technical questions regarding my order?
Call ShopTelco.com customer service department. We have staff equipped to handle any customer issue or concern. If we don't have the answer, we know exactly how to find the answers efficiently.

How will I get status on my order?
ShopTelco.com has it's own provisioning team that will act as liaison between you, your contracted provider, and your vendors. You will receive a welcome call from the ShopTelco.com provisioning team within 48 hours after order submission.

Who will service my account if I have customer service or billing questions?
Your contracted provider will be your first level of contact. ShopTelco.com Support will be an escalation point if you are not getting the support by your provider that you desire.

Do you offer Help Desk Services to deal directly with the providers for your customers?
Yes, through our affiliate company National Telecom Desk, we offer Fee based Telecom Help Desk Services, IT Help Desk Services and Telecom Expense Management Services. Please ask your ShopTelco.com representative or visit the National Telecom Desk website for additional information. Various pricing packages are available.

Are there any exclusions as to who can receive a rebate check?
Yes. The rebate does not apply to agents or existing customers of MasterTel USA. The rebate is for the initial order for NEW BUSINESS CUSTOMERS only as an incentive to try our services.
